Shipping

We provide free door-to-door shipping. We reserve the right to discontinue free shipping at any time. Advance notice will be given before the promotion ends. After discontinuation, buyers will bear all shipping costs.

Sales Tax

In addition to your purchase price, sales tax will be charged based on your shipping address and the tax rate effective at the time of invoicing. If the sales tax rate in your state changes before product shipment, the rate effective at the time of invoicing will apply.

Tax Exemption

If you place an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, email service@cc72toy.com. Be prepared to provide proof of tax-exempt status in the state where products are shipped. A representative will guide you on faxing/emailing documentation for refund processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• The organization/individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate.

• We do not accept federal tax-exempt certificates under any circumstances.
